Dinner with Bert, Verbie, Jilly & her hubby
Well, I'm going to be the first to get in a new post about dinner tonight. It was a lot of fun, I swear, poor Bert & Jilly's guy could barely get a word in edgewise! We talked and laughed and ate really good Mexican food, yum. The only bad part of the evening was that Verbie is a bully and payed for all of our dinners! :) Thanks for a lovely evening everyone, it was definitely worth the drive!

Verb didn't actually pay for my dinner. She deducts what she paid for me from the gardening bill I submit once a month...

verb just swooped in there before the rest of us had any idea what was going on and paid, she's sneaky like that.
we had a great time eating and talking last night. after we left, my guy said "poor bert looked over-powered by you women and was probably bored with your gossipmongering." so it's up to bert to fill us in there.
