I really like you broards

I like the fact that I've "known" most of you for the better part of a decade. I like that we can drift away for a while and drift back in, and still know we'll be welcomed. I like the fact that most anything anyone has to say will be met with the wry humor and general good naturedness that is the hallmark of the Old Broards. I like reading about your lives, and I like the things you have to say.

You guys are pleasant little bright spot in my life. Thanks, broards.

I consider a relaxed ending to my day coming in and seeing what's up and how all of you are doing.Been chatting with some of you for years and enjoy everyone's company.

Ditto.

It's funny, I was thinking about something the other day (can't remember what) and it dawned on me that I've been Bookshelfing for over 10 years which kind of blew my mind.

It's only been ten years? Feels like twenty, you know, in that long, topsy-turvied, married sort of way. Steadfastness, loyalty, still count in this world. And this site, and youz people, are the first thing I touch base with each morning.

I think my first visit to the shelf was in 1998, and a lot of you were there.
