i'm not emma, but i am guessing he needs to create a blogger account? does he have one?
He has a blogger account, but only has a link that says "dashboard" on the upper right.

does it not say Sign In at the top right of the screen? That takes me to my dashboard with my blogs listed
Yep, Emma, it is. And he said he "lost" your email.
Whatever a Dashboard is. Mum helped me get set up and yep, it does require you to sign in (I think).
Broards are so helpful.
Not to mention being broard where a broard should be broard.
