you start of potty training them but soemewhere about 8 years of age they forget everything they learned and start looking everywhere but at where they are weeing
How about putting a sensor in each drain hole so that a tone would play when the stream hit the hole. Each hole would have a different note and guys would learn to play little ditties... Or big ditties.

My sister-in-law potty trained my nephew by putting these floating toys in the toilet. It gave him something to aim at and made it fun for him.
