I am not a big Larry King fan--I think his CNN talk show was very overrated, but Piers Morgan? Blech to the 6th degree. He's too egotistic to ask other people interesting questions. I hope his show tanks.

That's the way I feel about Oprah. She asked interesting questions, but didn't give anyone a chance to answer since she managed to bring EVERY topic back to herself (and blathered on to infinity).

I know it's unAmerican, but I gave up on Oprah a long time ago,

Gail, Ditto!!

Oprah learned a few truths in her life that she assumes are one size fits all. We all come to our own truths via different paths, and some of us are clueless our whole lives. Put Dr. Phil on the list too. He is the Nancy Grace of psychology.

Thank goodness I'm not alone re: Oprah. I watched the Kennedy Center honors last week and she, of course, was the first honoree. That had to be the longest 30 minutes of adulation I ever suffered through. Paul McCartney, Merle Haggard, Jerry Herman and Bill T. Jones were the others and sad to say, I felt they were shortchanged-although I did enjoy watching Paul and Merle sing along with their own songs!

Boy, I sure agree about Dr. Phil too and comparing him to Nancy Grace is priceless (and true).

I'm 'eh" about Ops----I used to enjoy her show before she became OPRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.

Dr. Phil is an absolute drudge a-hole.

I like the way Joel McHale on the Soup razzes Nancy Grace (or "Gracie Jane" as she was known on Boston Legal)about her hair, snarl and pantsuits.

Another one---Racheal Ray. I puke a little every time I see her. I came across one of her cooking shows the other day and was mesmerized
with her raspy voice. I couldn't even understand a word she was saying

Ewww-Rachel Ray. Another one who's all about Rachel.

I do realize Nance Grace's backstory is compelling, but it sure doesn't make her a better lawyer.

And while we're talking cooks on TV, Paula Deen sends shivers down my spine and not in a good way. I was born and raised in the south and I know a fake accent when I hear one, I don't care if she IS from southwest Georgia.
